Fontaine Modification has named Mike Randolph president of the Light Duty Truck and EV Solutions division it launched earlier this year to focus on electrification and light truck modifications.

“We’re happy to welcome Mike and confident his OEM experience and knowledge of the trucking industry will help us continue our momentum,” said Paul Kokalis, Fontaine Modification president.

Fontaine Modification Light Duty Truck and EV Solutions provides electrification packaging, integration, and installation solutions as well as a full spectrum of light-duty vehicle modifications.

Randolph joins Fontaine Modification from sister company Fontaine Fifth Wheel where he served as vice president of sales and marketing for the past three plus years. Prior to that, he spent six years with Volvo in national account sales leadership roles and 20 years with Freightliner in sales and marketing roles both at corporate and dealer locations. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing and management from the University of North Texas.

“This is an exciting time to join Fontaine Modification as it builds a strong reputation as a major player in the electric vehicle solutions market,” says Randolph. “My background gives me a unique perspective on what customers are looking for in the electrification segment and will allow me to successfully lead Fontaine’s efforts in delivering new and innovative services.”
