Leading truck cap and tonneau cover manufacturer A.R.E. introduces the new X Series truck cap featuring a fiberglass-frame rear door that is painted to match the cap and truck for an original equipment appearance.

The X Series is a cab-high truck cap available for current model Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra trucks.  Its new rear door design boasts a fiberglass RTM frame without unsightly exposed attachment points to create a frameless look on the back on the truck.  The X Series rear door also features frameless automotive-quality tinted glass and a hidden, one-piece RTM frame and contour strip for strength and durability.  The heavy duty double hinge system is hidden behind the frame.

"We are excited to bring this stylish, functional cap to market to give enthusiasts a unique option not currently offered for their truck," said Bryan Baker, director of marketing at A.R.E.  "The X Series is an ideal choice for people with a busy lifestyle.  It can carry and protect expensive sports equipment, camping gear for family getaways, landscape items for weekend projects and more - all at an attractive price."

The X Series features a variety of options that allow owners to customize a cap to their particular needs, including roof racks, window design, dome lights and e-lock compatibility for the ultimate security.  It features A.R.E.'s industry-leading palm handle with a three-year warranty.

A.R.E.'s truck caps are painted to match the owner's truck using the exact OEM paint code for a high-quality appearance.  Caps and their painted finishes are backed with a limited lifetime warranty for the life of the truck they are originally installed on.  To learn more, visit www.4are.com or call (800) 649-4ARE.
