The Challenger Pro will debut at NTEA’s Work Truck Week 2026, March 10–13 at the Indiana Convention Center in Indianapolis.

Arriving during its landmark 80th Anniversary year, the Challenger Pro marks a bold advancement in Stahl’s legacy, building on the outstanding performance of the CST truck body series, which has supported professional fleets with quality service bodies over the past 20 years. 

Designed from the ground up with customer feedback and modern worksite demands top of mind, the Challenger Pro introduces industry-leading features engineered to deliver exceptional quality, durability, and long-term value.

The Challenger Pro design introduces five core engineering features that the company said are unmatched in the industry:

• Advanced steel construction combining American-sourced galvanneal steel with Sherwin Williams polyester TGIC powder coating for superior resistance to surface rust and a high-quality fleet vehicle appearance

• Framed compartment design with upgraded reinforcement for exceptional durability and body longevity

• Dust and water intrusion defense using automotive-grade sealing technology to protect tools and equipment

• Expanded compartment storage, creating countless variable organizing options

• Internal door hinges provide enhanced security for compartment storage and options for master lock systems

Pre-orders open March 10, 2026, and are available from Stahl’s trusted nationwide distribution partners with standard build shipments beginning June 2026.
