PHH Named Finalist For "Best Customer Service Team" In The American Business Awards

PHH says its Business Activation Team was honored for its focus on providing outstanding customer service to new clients transitioning to PHH. The company says team members have a comprehensive understanding of the company's operations, attention to detail, consultative knowledge, and a willingness to go beyond the expected. The team's rigorous approach to the implementation of each new client's fleet program is unique in the fleet management industry, and clients expressed 98 percent satisfaction with the implementation process in a 2002 survey.
