PHH Arval, @Road Form Alliance to Enhance Wireless Capabilities

PHH Arval, a subsidiary of Cendant Corporation, announced March 30 that it has formed an alliance with @Road, a provider of mobile technology solutions. Under the agreement, the partners will promote and cross-market their products and services to existing and potential customers. "Our alliance with one of the leading companies developing wireless technology is part of PHH's overall technology strategy," said George J. Kilroy, president and CEO of PHH Arval. "There are excellent cross-marketing opportunities for both companies, and our fleet management clients will be able to take advantage of the latest in mobile technology solutions for their emerging needs.
