For the fifth consecutive year, PHH Arval has announced that it has been awarded the ASE Blue Seal of Excellence from the National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence (ASE). According to the company, every PHH Vehicle Maintenance Assistance technician is ASE-certified, while 45 percent are Master Technicians, meaning they have received at least eight certifications in specific automotive categories. In PHH’s Vehicle Accident Services area, 100 percent of the specialists who negotiate and authorize claims are ASE-certified in collision. The majority also hold ASE certification in mechanical repairs, truck repairs, and Damage Analysis and Estimating. PHH’s ASE certifications cover the full range of cars, trucks (light, medium and heavy-duty), and buses. Arnie Barnes, director of PHH’s Vehicle Maintenance area, says, “Our clients place a high value on this professional expertise. In addition to their ASE certifications, our specialists have many years of mechanical and service management experience. That translates into the highest level of performance and results.”
