Nissan's 2016 NV Cargo Van Starts at $27,735
Nissan has increased the retail price of its base model NV Cargo van with a standard roof and 4.0L V-6 engine by $500 to $27,735 for the 2016 model year, Nissan has announced.

Nissan has increased the retail price of its base model NV Cargo van with a standard roof and 4.0L V-6 engine by $500 to $27,735 for the 2016 model year, Nissan has announced.
The Nissan NV Cargo will be available in three models, including the NV1500, NV2500 HD and NV3500 HD with a standard roof or high roof, according to Nissan.
Nissan's 2016 NV Cargo with the standard roof will be offered in trims that include the 1500 SV ($28,725), 2500 SV ($28,735), 2500 SL ($29,725), 2500 S ($29,935), 2500 SV ($30,925), 2500 SL ($32,305), 3500 S ($31,635), 3500 SV ($32,625), and the 3500 SL ($34,005). Pricing includes $995 for destination and handling fees.
The 1500 models are available with the 4.0L V-6 engine producing 261 hp and 281 lb-ft of torque, the 2500 models are available in either the 4.0L V-6 engine or the 5.6L V-8 engine producing 317 hp and 385 lb.-ft. of torque. The 3500 models are only available with the 5.6L V-8 engine.
Pricing for the Nissan NV Cargo with the high roof will be offered as the 2500 S ($30,985), 2500 SV ($31,975), 2500 SL ($33,395), 2500 S ($32,185), 2500 SV ($33,175), 2500 SL ($34,555), 3500 S ($33,885), 3500 SV ($34,875), and the 3500 SL ($36,255). Prices include the destination and handling fee of $1,095.
Nissan's 2016 NV Passenger van will also be offered as the NV3500 HD S, NV3500 HD SV, and NV3500 HD SL. For the 2016 model-year, NV Passenger pricing remains the same including the 3500 S ($33,905) and 3500 SV ($36,105) that both come with a 4.0L V-6 engine producing 261 hp and 281 lb.-ft. of torque. The 3500 SV ($36,105), 3500 S ($35,105), 3500 SV ($37,305), and the 3500 SL ($39,905) come equipped with a 5.6L V-8 engine producing 317 hp and 385 lb.-ft. of torque. Both engines are mated to a standard 5-speed automatic transmission.
New features for the 2016 NV Cargo van include a supplemental front seat-mounted side-impact air bags and roof-mounted curtain side-impact air bags as standard equipment.
Standard for the 2016 NV Passenger's SL trim is the technology package, which includes NissanConnect with navigation and mobile apps, a 5.8-inch color display, enhanced voice recognition for navigation and audio.
NV Cargo and NV Passenger models include a warranty of 5 years or 100,000 miles for bumper-to-bumper coverage. The powertrain limited warranty is 5 years or 100,000 miles.
