NADAguides.com, an automotive information resource on the Web, announced April 29 the launch of its online Vehicle Title and Registration service, a program designed to provide consumers with a checklist of the documentation required to buy, sell or register a vehicle in a customer’s resident city, county and state. According to the company, once the necessary paperwork is determined, consumers can download that documentation directly from the NADAguides.com website at www.NADAguides.com. "In the past, figuring out which DMV documents you needed in your area to buy, sell or register a vehicle was difficult and confusing," said Lenny Sims, vice president of NADAguides.com. "And then, once you knew what was required, you were faced with the challenge of getting those documents from your local DMV office or purchasing them at a local office supply store. Today, the new NADAguides.com Title and Registration service does all the work for you. We give you a checklist of the paperwork you need and we provide you with the opportunity to download that paperwork at our website, www.NADAguides.com. For consumers, it’s an easy and convenient solution to an otherwise confusing and labor intensive task." NADAguides says that by answering a few questions, such as resident city, county, state and basic vehicle information, consumers can download the required DMV documentation specific to their geographical area. The service costs $19.95 and provides customers with required paperwork such as title, tax and inspection requirements, transfer of ownership documentation and more. The Title and Registration service was designed by Automotive Titling Corporation (ATC), who have been servicing the Title and Registration needs of the automotive industry since 1972. The program, which provides information for all 50 states, is available online at NADAguides.com. "For 30 years, our services have been utilized by a broad range of clients, such as franchise automotive dealers, lenders and lessors, fleet managers and fleet management companies," said Ken Alley, president of ATC. "Because of our experience in the industry, we offer the most current information about the statutes and DMV directives that drive the Title and Registration process in every jurisdiction across the country. We’re extremely pleased to provide this same trusted and in-depth information to consumers through our exclusive partnership with NADAguides.com." Through a series of menus, the NADAguides.com Title and Registration service claims to provide customers with sample documentation they can expect to receive prior to actually purchasing and downloading the necessary information. Once a purchase is made, consumers are provided with a downloadable and printable receipt for their records. A link to the NADAguides.com Title and Registration service is available throughout various automotive and motorcycle pages at the company’s website, www.NADAguides.com. Sims cautions that this service is available to consumers only and is not a replacement for the automotive trade information currently available in the N.A.D.A. Title and Registration Textbook.
