Kelley Blue Book's kbb.com announced the 2006 model year winners of its annual Best Resale Value Awards at the California International Auto Show. Based on Kelly Blue Book Residual Value Guide projections, the award measures the best resale value after five years of ownership. Awards are given to the highest resale value in nine vehicle categories, as well as the top 10 regardless of market segment.
