GE Motor Club, a division of GE Money, has fully integrated telematics into its portfolio of services. GE offers advanced roadside assistance by combining location-based services, GPS satellite location tracking and telematics management into its call centers. GE Motor Club is serving the growing demands of the insurance, OEM automotive, wireless and fleet markets with enhanced roadside and telematics services. GE’s updated infrastructure and back-office capabilities means current partners and clients can now offer telematics services and features to their customers. Even organizations with existing telematics programs can integrate GE’s comprehensive offerings to support their programs. Earlier this month, GE Motor Club announced a strategic partnership with Networkcar, a leader in wireless vehicle management and subsidiary of Hughes Telematics. Customers of Networkcar now have automatic vehicle location, stolen vehicle tracking and recovery, towing, locksmith service, battery boost, onsite repair, fuel delivery and other critical roadside services needed to get their vehicles back on the road. These are all services provided to their customers at no additional cost.
