Fleet Response, formerly known as Rental Concepts and Integrated Vehicle Systems, on Jan. 19 announced the promotion of Margaret Snyder-Morrish to vice president of operations. Margaret will continue to be responsible for the operations groups, which include the customer service representatives, subrogation, claims and maintenance departments. New responsibilities include budget development and review, and additional communication with the computing, sales, and accounting departments. Margaret has been an employee of Fleet Response since 1993 when she was an insurance replacement sales representative. In 1994, Margaret was promoted to operations manager. She was instrumental in developing the fleet management aspect of the company including the computer system, departments, hiring, and the nationwide network of vendors. Fleet Response promoted Margaret to assistant vice president of operations, and she held the position for five years. Prior to working at Fleet Response, Margaret worked in sales and insurance replacement for 15 years at various companies in the Cleveland area.
