ARI was named to Fortune's 2015 100 Best Companies to Work For list for the third year in a row, coming in at Number 36. ARI continues to be the only fleet management company named to this annual list that recognizes companies that have exceptional workplace cultures.

"We are incredibly honored to be named to Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For list for a third consecutive year," said Carl A. Ortell, ARI's president. "Our continued presence on this list is a testament to our people. Their talent, creativity, dedication and hard work keep us at the forefront of our industry; but it is their focus on teamwork, cooperation, understanding, and support for their colleagues that make ARI such a special place to work."

In addition to being recognized for its collaborative atmosphere and supportive, family-like culture, the company was lauded for its internal employee engagement and empowerment program Partners in Excellence, its emphasis on employee development and its 100% tuition reimbursement program, and the company's supportive approach toward work-life balance. ARI finished ahead of several notable companies known for their positive employee culture, including Whole Foods and Zappos.

Ortell continued, "We continue to see this as an opportunity to listen to our employees and to improve what we are doing – from the continued development of our in-house employee learning and development program ARI University to the creation of our company's health and wellness program Healthier at Holman. It's our goal to remain one of Fortune's 100 Best Companies to Work For and be the kind of company where an individual can build a satisfying and fulfilling career."

This year marks the 18th annual Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list. Over the past 18 years, Great Place to Work and Fortune have surveyed millions of employees and witnessed the transformation of hundreds of companies. This year, 14 different industries are represented in the survey along with more than 250,000 of their employees.

ARI seeks to foster a supportive, family-like environment and actively nurtures the skills that support its core competencies: flexible fleet management, high-quality customer service and best-in-the-business vehicle knowledge. ARI encourages an atmosphere of teamwork by supporting programs and initiatives that foster communication and recognition.
