Iowa Mold Tooling Co., Inc. (IMT), an Oshkosh Corporation company, announced the promotion of Todd Brager to service representative and hired Chase Reding as a production supervisor. Additionally, the company will host a second hiring event June 21 to help additional skilled and qualified workers join the IMT team.
“Investing in talented individuals like Todd and Chase is essential to our success as a company and our role as a member of the North Iowa community,” said Jess Shaw, human resources manager, IMT. “We’re proud to offer a workplace that prioritizes career growth, and we’re excited to offer more opportunities at IMT to qualified candidates during our June hiring event.”
Brager joined IMT in 2005. His more than 20 years of experience in automotive, truck and equipment troubleshooting and repair and committed service to IMT will lend itself to his new role as service representative.
Reding comes to IMT from Pharmacist Mutual Group where he served in the role of Claims Examiner II. He has extensive experience in customer service, coaching, and implementing project improvements. At IMT, Reding will serve as a production supervisor.
“We’re excited to welcome Todd and Chase to the team and look forward to meeting more talented members of the North Iowa community during our hiring event on June 21,” said Shaw.
The hiring event will allow interested applicants to learn more about IMT and its reputation as an industry leader. Participants will also receive information on benefits, culture, and IMT’s competitive pay rate. There will be open interviews for current opportunities for painters, welders, assemblers, part handlers, and more.
