The John Bean V6200 heavy-duty aligner offers precise and accurate alignment readings quickly. It can be used to align medium- to heavy-duty trucks as well as buses, semis, and mobile cranes. The V6200 can be setup and display readings on a three-axle vehicle in four minutes or a truck and trailer in nine minutes.
For easy setup, targets can be mounted to the floor or the way. The only devices to be mounted to the vehicle are the wheel clamps and corresponding measuring heads. The all-aluminum wheel clamps are lightweight and can be mounted inside or outside the wheel and can be used on a variety of wheel types. The user-friendly interface provides real time adjustments.
The V6200 can speed up alignment checks, as shops can cut alignment times in half by simultaneously measuring the left and right sides of the vehicle with a second operator.
