Karen Seitter, President of Renzenberger Incorporated is a Wright Express customer.
"Renzenberger is a transportation company that does crew transportation, primarily in the railroad industry, where we take crews to and from the trains, to and from the railroad yard to the hotel. We operate approximately 1,200 vehicles in 20 states. We've got around 3,000 drivers, and our vehicles are full-size vans or SUVs. We've seen the value from WEX through reduced costs to drive out driver fraud, as well as looking at reporting for reducing fuel costs, going to lower price stations.
"We're in a kind of a dispatching on-call company, so when the driver gets assigned to a trip, we were able to turn the card on through the process. When the trip is closed out we turn the card off, so there's no potential for fraud in between trips when the driver's not working. They've been great to work with, they're a friendly group, they're energetic, they've got a lot of great ideas, and it's just been a positive relationship all around," Seitter said.
