ZoomSafer Acquired by Aegis Mobility, Companies Renamed to DriveSafer

Aegis will offer ZoomSafer’s FleetSafer Mobile and FleetSafer Vision products in addition to the company's Drive Assist software solution. The combined companies will now be called DriveSafer.
