Toyo Tire's M153 regional and urban steer tire is designed for refuse operations and other high-scrub applications.

The M153 features an extra deep, regroovable 26/32-inch tread, which is designed for high-scrub environments such as those found on sanitation trucks. The tire features a 10,000-pound load-carrying capacity and is made from a compound that delivers better wear performance and durability. The tire has awide steel-belt construction bracing the tread area for better durability and a high-elongation top belt to protect casing integrity.

The  M153 has a wide tread pattern that distributes heavy loads evenly to improve mileage. It also features z-shaped siping to increase traction in wet conditions. Its combination of design elements and extra deep tread allow it to handle the wear associated with refuse operations.
