Muncie Power Products, a member of the Interpump Group and a leading manufacturer of power take-offs and fluid power components, has released its A40 Series power take-off, designed specifically for Allison 3000/4000 Series transmissions.
The A40 Series is a heavy-duty 10-bolt clutch-shift power take-off. It has nine ratio options and is rated for up to 646 lbs.ft. of intermittent/continuous torque. The A40 Series also features a small envelope, making it ideal for applications with space limitations.
This power take-off is compatible with Muncie Start and the EX Drive Shaft Extension. The A40 Series is ideal for firetrucks, feed mixer trucks, vacuum trucks, cranes, and refuse trucks.
The A50 Series is the heavy-duty, 10-bolt constant drive version of this power take-off.
