TODCO has designed the FleetStar aluminum roll up doors to provide maximum durabilitydue to its solid-piece, double-wall panels. 

The exceptional strength and durability of the FleetStar begins with 28-percent thicker mill-finish aluminum, according to the manufacturer. Then, horizontal reinforcement webs strengthen the panels in key stress areas.

Each double-wall panel is a single aluminum extrusion, with no welded joints to crack or corrode. Panels are available in 10", 11" or 12" widths.

FleetStar's unique tapered tongue and groove joints force water downward, while keeping the door panels properly aligned and rigid.

TODCO designed the FleetStar panels with recessed hinge areas, which helps prevent cargo damage and hang-ups. This feature gives FleetStar doors a smooth, automotive-quality exterior, ready for painting or decal. Also, the exterior hardware is gasketed to eliminate metal-to-metal contact.

FleetStar features 5-knuckle end hinges for strength. A removable cap speeds roller changes without the need for hinge removal.

TODCO has given FleetStar all-around protection against the elements for the truck interior and cargo. The system includes neoprene side seals; adjustable top fixtures and rubber head seal; and a replaceable 4-lip bottom seal. Plus, compression seals at each panel joint also help keep grime and moisture outside.

A single counterbalance spring makes the FleetStar door easy to open and close. The track and mounting angle are galvanized steel; the cables are 7 x 19 aircraft quality stainless steel. TODCO's heavy-duty, maximum-security lock never needs adjusting, and there are no springs to rust, wear, bind or break.

All hardware is electrocoated for maximum rust and corrosion protection.
