The Minnesota Vikings Foundation and Xcel Energy are supporting the community with a new food truck, which was built by Winnebago Industries and aims to tackle child hunger.

This is the first commercial kitchen produced using the Winnebago commercial shell vehicle platform.

The 38-foot Vikings Table truck was designed to tackle hunger and provide nutrition education to children and families.
