2015 GMC Canyon Mid-Size Pickup

GM's 2015 GMC Canyon mid-size pickup, a cousin of the Chevrolet Colorado, arrived in Detroit.
Newly appointed CEO Mary Barra said the Canyon and Colorado will help GM grow the dormant mid-size pickup segment.
The Canyon completes a three-truck GMC lineup that also includes the 2014 Sierra 1500 and 2015 Sierra HD.
The Canyon's cabin includes a sculpted headliner, halo lighting on key controls an an open area at the front of the center console for phone charging.
The Canyon arrives in extended and crew cab body styles.
The Canyon includes a "bold, upright instrument panel" to provide the driver a central information center, according to GM.
The Canyon offers a 2.5L inline four or 3.6L V-6 engine.
The truck will compete with the Toyota Tacoma and Nissan Frontier.
