The new regional pay package starts drivers at 60 cents per mile with the ability for drivers to receive yearly pay increases. Driving 2,200-2,400 miles per week, drivers can expect to earn $75,000 or more annually.

In addition to competitive compensation, Hub Group also offers drivers a $6,000 sign-on bonus, 401(k) plan, benefits package, and "a work culture with a collaborative and positive environment," the company said.

Based in Oak Brook, Illinois, Hub Group offers multi-modal transportation services throughout North America, including intermodal, truck brokerage, dedicated and logistics services.
