Mitsubishi Fuso Truck of America, Inc. (MFTA) named Steve Hengeli as its national service manager — a position that opened recently when Scott Coyle stepped up to become FUSO’s director, service operations. Hengeli’s appointment became effective Oct. 14, 2013.



Hengeli started at MFTA in July 2001 as a Field Service Manager. In the ensuing twelve years, he has worked in several different regions of the U.S., developing relationships with key dealers in all of them, while learning the intricacies of first-rate dealer service from the original equipment maker’s perspective. Earlier in his career, Hengeli spent a number of years working in management in the dealer setting.

According to Scott Coyle, Director of Service Operations, “Steve’s broad experience working on the dealer side of our business, coupled with the expertise he has developed in building relationships with many different FUSO dealers across the country, gives him the rich background and insight he needs to serve as National Service Manager. In his new post, he will become an even greater asset to the service department and will help us maintain the high service standards Mitsubishi Fuso dealers and customers have come to expect.”
