OperationsPhotos 26May 6, 2025

NAFA’s 2025 Institute & Expo (I&E) in Long Beach, California, gathered fleet professionals from across the globe for three days of learning, connection, and hands-on exploration. With the theme “Propel Your Fleet,” the event focused on driving innovation and sustainability in today’s evolving fleet landscape.

This year’s I&E featured keynote sessions from AI strategist Timothy Papandreou and leadership expert Jack Becker, a packed education lineup with 45+ sessions, and the return of CAFM Live. The OEM panel brought top voices from GM Envolve, Stellantis, Ford Pro, and Nissan together to talk electrification and strategy, while the Ride & Drive and new Indoor EV Test Track gave attendees a chance to experience the latest vehicles firsthand.

On the show floor, more than 225 exhibitors showcased cutting-edge products and services, and Geotab’s new Vitality product took home the People’s Choice Award. Fleet leaders were also recognized during the event, including winners of the 100 Best Fleets, Fleet Professional of the Year, and the inaugural Tom Johnson Award.

Check out our photo gallery for highlights from the show floor and key moments throughout the event.
