APSCO, a manufacturer of pneumatic and hydraulic products for the mobile equipment and transportation industries, has released four new product lines — its APEX, ARIS, ATAS, and EDM Series. The new products are the culmination of years of development in engineering and design for APSCO as it expands its footprint in multiple applications.

APEX Display and Control System

The new product launch was led by the APEX system, a display and control system for dump trucks featuring an intuitive interface with enhanced user experience. It offers more than 20 safety features aimed at alerting operators and preventing some of the most common and disastrous mistakes made many times by inattentive and inexperienced drivers.

APSCO said it is seeking to bridge the gap for fleet owners who are concerned about protecting their equipment as well as their operators, thus avoiding disastrous or even catastrophic events.

ARIS-250 Integrated Reservoir System

The ARIS-250 (APSCO Reservoir Integrated System) is a new offering for the world of integrated reservoir systems. APSCO said it addresses the increasing demand in the medium-duty truck markets for a cost-effective, electric over hydraulic option.

It also offers the advantage of filtration of contaminants, which ultimately lowers the cost of maintenance and extends the life of the hydraulic system, APSCO said.

APSCO’s Direct Mount Air Actuators

APSCO’s DM (Direct Mount) air actuators for directional control valves are already an industry standard, according to the company, and the new EDM Series is adding to this legacy with a solution for electric over air control.

The newly launched EDM Series provides a more practical control solution compatible with APSCO’s APG directional control valves.  It is an alternative to complex proportional control while providing a clean and integrated solution.

ATAS-210 Hydraulic Manifold and Control System

The ATAS-210 is the company’s new hydraulic manifold and control system for trailing axles. The hydraulic system, coupled with a trailing axle, redistributes the payload to accommodate bridge laws across the country. Designed and supported by APSCO’s certified fluid power specialists, the ATAS-210 offers a readily available and reliable alternative to other trailing axle systems.

One of its greatest strengths is its ability to increase productivity and profitability by allowing the end user to have a higher payload. The system with the trailing axle provides an enormous upside potential for the future of the dump industry by increasing truckloads, cutting down on the amount of drivers and loads, and savings in fuel costs and overhead, according to APSCO.

60 Years of Serving the Transportation Industry

APSCO, founded in 1964 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is this year celebrating 60 years of providing products for the mobile equipment and transportation industries, and the company said it offers the most comprehensive line of combination hydraulic reservoir, filter, and cooling systems available in the market.
