The latest release of the Mitchell 1 Manager SE TruckEdition truck shop management software adds the capability to access select shop reports from the cloud.

This new online report feature allows facility owners and managers to easily view reports to check shop activity, in-progress status, and performance remotely, wherever the internet and a browser are available to use. This enables shop owners to easily check shop activity and performance at any of their locations from wherever they happen to be.

"We're pleased to offer this new level of convenience and flexibility to our shop management customers,” said Kristy LaPage, business manager for commercial vehicle group, Mitchell 1. “Shop owners and managers now have another option to gain visibility into shop operations and results even when they are not on the premises.”

The most popular Manager SE Truck Edition reports are included, covering a variety of management, accounting and inventory reports such as business summary, work-in-progress, sales summary by service advisor, invoice profit summary, inventory part sales, outstanding purchase orders, and more.

The feature is supported by Mitchell 1’s hybrid approach of leveraging cloud-based connectivity to current Manager SE systems, including the scheduler, online appointments and up-to-last-keystroke server-side data backups.

Manager SE Truck Edition delivers a complete shop management system to help businesses that service medium- and heavy-duty Class 4-8 trucks streamline repair processes, improve communication inside the shop, engage with customers, track performance, and increase revenue per repair order. Manager SE Truck Edition integrates with Mitchell 1’s TruckSeries repair information, giving independent commercial truck repair shops immediate access to repair information, trouble code diagnostic procedures, labor estimating, and management tools on one platform.
