Former SDG&E Employee Pleads Guilty to Fatal Hit-and-Run

Hector Hoyt, the former San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) employee accused of running over a 54-year-old homeless pedestrian with his utility truck on Jan. 6 and fleeing the scene, pleaded guilty Sept. 3 to one felony count of hit and run, according to several news sources.
