Senate Bill Seeks Tax Credit for Plug-in Hybrid Trucks

WASHINGTON - U.S. Senator Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) has introduced legislation that would give businesses a tax credit for purchasing medium- or heavy-duty plug-in hybrid trucks.
