BILLINGS, MT - Jack Kelsh hopes to build muscle and lose weight by sitting behind the wheel of his semi truck. It's all a part of unique exercise program where the term “sit and be fit” takes on a whole new meaning, according to the Web site www.montananewsstation.com.

Kelsh has come a long way since his first steering wheel sit up. When he first started driving truck 20 years ago, he weighed more than 350 pounds. Weight gained by sitting 11 hours a day, seven days a week, and eating truck stop junk food.

Now Kelsh has lost 175 pounds, working out behind the wheel and eating healthier, and he has more on his plate than ever before. He's started his own business called “Safety Thru Wellness,” marketing a new exercises wheel and selling a how to book for fellow truck drivers. He also has tips on how to avoid the truck stop junk food he used to crave, according to www.montananewsstation.com.

Now Kelsh remains healthy all while keeping his eyes on the road ahead.

Other work industries are reaching out to him to help their companies promote healthy habits.

Kelsh hopes to soon devote his full attention to his new business and give up truck driving all together.
