“There are unlimited opportunities for equal employment and vast room for advancement of gender diversity. I look forward to being a voice for women’s challenges and providing a path for greater success of women in our industry,” said Lail.

At Ryder, Lail is responsible for all aspects and sales leadership for the East Region and has worked in sales and operations for 35 years. She was inducted into Ryder Rental Masters and recently served as a board member. Lail is also active in Ryder’s Women Leadership Association and Diversity Council.
