The 2022 Sentra SR has a lot going for it. It features eye-catching exterior styling, has a comprehensive suite of standard safety features and intelligent driving technologies, and offers solid power and fuel economy.
Set to begin June 11, the recall covers more than 25,000 vehicles in the 2014 to 2017 model years.
Nissan's base model 2017 Sentra will retail for $18,825, which represents a $360 increase from the outgoing model, NIssan has announced. Nissan is adding the SR turbo model for 2017.
Set to get under way in late August, the recall covers more than 1,500 cars in the 2016 model year.
The automaker warns against using the front-passenger seat belt brackets in these cars to secure a child restraint system. The recall covers 622,110 vehicles.

Nissan's 2016 Sentra retails for at least $17,615 and had now arrived at dealer lots with a mid-cycle refresh that enhances safety technology on the compact sedan, according to Nissan.
Nissan is giving its Sentra compact car a mid-cycle update that includes additional safety and driving-convenience technologies, and will show the vehicle at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
The compact sedan had begun to lag behind rivals such as the Honda Civic, Ford Focus and Mazda3, but an all-new interior and exterior and impressive fuel economy numbers make the 2013 Sentra difficult to overlook.
In the U.S., the 2013 model year Nissan Sentra has a starting MSRP of $15,990, according to Nissan.
