The new Trailer Stacker from LiftWise provides three-tier trailer stacking for over-the-road transport.

Ideal for trailer manufacturers, distributors, and dealers, this easy-to-use stacking system requires just one person to operate without requiring special rigging, slings or climbing onto the trailers.

The Next-Gen Stacking System

The LiftWise Trailer Stacker comprises dual fixed lifting masts and two mobile masts situated on a track system, enabling adaptation to trailers of varying lengths.

Each mast can elongate, retract, and execute lateral shifts. An automatic self-centering suspension side shift feature is incorporated to account for the inherent forward movement of a trailer as its suspension compresses, thereby enhancing stability.

Rail guides are employed to naturally center each trailer without causing harm to their tires or rims.

Trailer Stacker Designed for More Capacity

Facilitating flexible operation, a wireless remote empowers the operator to move freely around the equipment to modify lift points as required for stacking. Additionally, redundant controls are positioned at a designated operator's station.

The Trailer Stacker has capacity of 26,000 pounds. It is designed to accommodate trailers ranging from 26 to 53 feet in length and 96 to 102 inches in width.
