BELLINGHAM, WA - Birch Equipment has promoted several members of its fleet staff as the company prepares to implement a new inventory system this fall.

Bruce Miner has assumed the role of central dispatch manager after 10 years as shop manager in Bellingham, Wash. Miner's position was created to consolidate dispatch operations from multiple locations to increase efficiency and reduce dead runs and fuel costs.
