The truck is equipped with 47-inch tires, offering 22 inches of ground clearance, and has an easily adjustable Central Tire Inflation System (CTIS), enabling drivers to adjust tire pressure on the fly to match the terrain.

Originally designed for the U.S. Army to operate in extreme weather and terrain conditions, the Monterra 6x6 is the ultimate work truck, delivering the performance, durability, and versatility that extreme-duty fleets demand.

Recently, the Milton Freewater Rural Fire District received its brand-new Tactical Tender, a Monterra 6x6 truck outfitted with a high-water kit, which will be used to combat brush fires and floods in rural Oregon, providing a reliable and effective emergency services solution.
