Lightning eMotor's medium-duty all-electric fleet vehicles can be combined with Perrone's AV kit for transportation in Level 2 or 4 autonomous mode.
Roush will help Perrone produce and deploy its autonomous vehicle retrofit kit across a range of vehicle types, including transit shuttles, low-speed electric vehicles, and electric utility and cargo vans, as well as large trucks for logistics applications.
The collaboration will provide scalable, cleantech options across industrial, cargo, and emergency response sectors.
