The Miele fleet in Germany has scored a first: a hydrogen fuel cell e-van has gone into service for the premium domestic appliance maker in the Rhine-Main region of Germany. The Vivaro-e Hydrogen fuel cell electric vehicle is the first off the Opel production line, offering the Miele fleet a range of 249 miles and a refueling time of just three minutes.
The Movano diesel and Movano-e are now available to order in Germany. The Movano is the most competitive offer the German brand has yet made in the heavy van sector of the light commercial vehicle (LCV) market.
The new Opel ADAM and Opel Mokka will be introduced to South Africa for sale in 2015. It will be part of a product and export launch by Opel, which will see the German brand introduce 27 new vehicles and 17 engines in applicable markets by 2018.
