The recall covers more than 442,000 Chrysler 300, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Dodge Challenger, Dodge Charger and Dodge Durango vehicles.
The recall covers more than 17,000 Dodge and Freightliner Sprinter 2500 and 3500 vans in the 2003 to 2006 model years.
The recall covers an estimated 74,833 2007- to 2013-MY Ram trucks and chassis cabs as well as 2011- to 2014-MY Dodge Charger Pursuit police cars.
The recall, which covers an estimated 1.4 million vehicles, includes the Jeep Patriot, Jeep Compass, and Chrysler 200 models.

The owners of more than 441,000 Dodge Charger sedans will receive wheel chocks to provide extra stability during wheel changes involving a tire jack.
The Dodge Grand Caravan passenger minivan has provided steady fleet sales for FCA US in the commercial, government, and rental segments. FCA US will eventually phase out its Dodge Grand Caravan minivan, as the company focuses on its revamp of the Chrysler Town & Country for 2016 and existing Ram ProMaster and ProMaster City vans.
During its recent heavy hauling event, Ram gave members of the media the opportunity to to drive its entire array of commercial products. But, Ram also had some of its classic Dodge trucks on hand, which shows how far the brand has come both from a styling and driving perspective.
