KANSAS CITY, MO – Beginning September 6, 2012, in Morris, Ill, the American Truck Historical Society (ATHS) will hold its first Historic Highway Convoy. The convoy will follow Route 66, the famous "Mother Road," from Illinois to California. Each show will take place from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. The convoy vehicles will arrive around 4 p.m. and conclude the day’s events with an expanded truck show. The convoy will make its final stop on September 15 in conjunction with the Route 66 Rendezvous, the annual automotive event held in San Bernardino, CA.
