(NAFA) has announced the launch of its latest service, the FleetED online educational portal, a comprehensive online educational and reference tool for the entire fleet management industry. Utilizing NAFA’s Fleet Education Model, FleetED centers around eight disciplines: Asset Management, Business Management, Financial Management, Fleet Information Management, Maintenance Management, Risk Management, Vehicle Fuel Management and Professional Development. Each of these disciplines is subdivided into core competencies. For example, the Risk Management discipline consists of the competencies Insurance, Subrogation, Fleet Driver Training & Vehicle Safety, Crash Management and Motor Vehicle Records. By simply clicking on a discipline, you’re given a helpful overview of that discipline, a clickable list of competencies and a self-assessment tool designed to evaluate your general knowledge and provide suggested education content according to your assessment results.
