Fleet FAQ

Fleet FAQ? Fleet Management & Leasing

Q. Why do I need a reporting dashboard for my vehicle if my company already tracks mileage?

A. Access to a fleet reporting dashboard automates all your company’s vehicle data. You and your counterparts can access the same information 24/7, creating fleet efficiencies. Fleet data helps align all initiatives such as maintenance repairs, recalls, maintenance history, billing codes, vehicle costs, and resale prices.

Accurate mileage is an overlooked metric, depending on how your company is tracking mileage, it could be a manual process with inaccurate data. By having an automated system to help log mileage, you can significantly reduce your total cost of ownership (TCO) by scheduling maintenance at the right time and identifying the best time to replace a vehicle based on performance. Additionally, by having a trusted fleet management partner, your local account manager will provide industry insights such as trends in the used vehicle market, current and projected resale values, and upcoming manufacturer incentives to enhance your fleet and reveal more cost saving opportunities.
