Fleet Response has promoted Roger Cervenka to vice president of client services and Kari Hagan to director of client development, the Cleveland-based company announced.
Cervenka will continue to oversee daily operations and personnel of the company's client services departments.
He joined the company in 2016 as director of client services, and has focused on increasing the effictiveness of operating procedures in the call center, claims, adjusters and maintenance, subrogation, and salvage departments.
Hagan will continue to manage the onboarding of new clients, product development, the safety operations team, and the newly created business analyst team.
She joined the company in 2014 and has held roles including business development coordinator, business development supervisor, and manager of business development.
