Three members of the full-service truck lessor NationaLease were represented in the recent 2019 TMCSuperTech competition in Raleigh, N.C., hosted by the American Trucking Associations (ATA).

The Technology & Maintenance Council’s National Technician Skills Competition TMCSuperTech is an annual event held in conjunction with TMC’s Fall Meeting.

TMCSuperTech is North America’s premier skills competition for professional commercial vehicle technicians, with contestants coming from all segments of the trucking industry. Many are state, regional, or corporate champions

Competing and placing in the event were three winners of the 2019 NationaLease TechChallenge including

  • Richard Davis/ Hogan Truck Leasing, Inc., a NationaLease Member, who placed third overall in the heavy-duty truck competition; and 1st in the HD15: Wheel End station, HD21: Starting & Charging HD22: and Steering & Suspension.
  • Sam Hawkins,Schow’s NationaLease, who finished in 34th place; 1st in the HD24A: Aftertreatment station.
  • Brian Peters,Salem NationaLease, with a 40th place finish.
