Fleet FAQ? Fleet Management & Leasing

Q. What are the biggest unexpected fleet setbacks that you help companies overcome?

A. The most disruptive setbacks are those a fleet manager can't anticipate. Accidents, unscheduled repairs, vehicle availability and even unexpected growth or new projects can be challenging for any fleet. And while the hard costs of these events are cringeworthy, the soft costs like employee and vehicle downtime, along with the lost opportunity costs are often worse!

Enterprise Fleet Management manages a network of over 80,000 maintenance and repairs shops helping to help minimize unexpected repairs and help to ensure repairs are scheduled, estimated, approved and completed efficiently and properly - minimizing rework and unnecessary work. Additionally, each client is represented by a local account team who understands clients' business and needs. And when the unexpected occurs, these local account managers have the resources and relationships to help solve problems - whether locating a replacement rental or securing short term rental to meet your business demands.
