Manheim New England recently hosted its third annual “Touch-A-Truck Event,” a philanthropic event that benefited two young children born with congenital heart defects.

The event was hosted at the auction’s 250-acre wholesale auto auction.

More than 2,000 people attended the event, which featured vehicles from state and local police and fire departments, as well as heavy equipment and antique vehicles from G. Lopes Construction.

In addition to hosting the event and providing employee volunteers, the auction also donated $5,000 to Dighton Firemen’s Association.
