Fleet FAQ? Fleet Management & Leasing

Q. What are the key pieces I need to include in an RFP?

A. You want prospective vendors to be able to get a sense of what it would be like to work with your company, both during the RFP process and if they were to win your business. Make sure you clearly describe your company, your fleet’s size and use case, and your fleet’s particular challenge. Share your decision timeline, contact information for questions, and if you’re comfortable, your evaluation criteria or scoring process. Finally, a pricing template will help you compare apples to apples as much as possible.
