Truck-Lite Co., LLC, provider of LED lighting, telematics, engine protection, safety, and visibility systems, has integrated the Stemco wireless suite of products into the Road Ready system via its SmartBridge Integrator (SBI).

Released in 2018, the SBI bridges OE trailer systems with the Road Ready network, which communicates crucial trailer data to a fleet dispatcher and provides greater insight into a trailer environment. The recent integration with Stemco allows fleets to seamlessly access information from their Stemco wireless products including tire pressure, inflation and mileage events, helping them to better manage their fleets and avoid damage and downtime.

"Tying STEMCO into the Road Ready system is the latest major development in creating a complete  telematics network," said Rob Richard, general manager of Truck-Lite's Road Ready division. "Any fleet currently utilizing wireless Stemco systems can immediately incorporate and benefit from Road Ready."

The SBI will transmit data from the complete suite of Stemco wireless products, including the AirBat Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS); Aeris Automatic Tire Inflation System (ATIS); and the TracBat hubodometer.

"Our wireless ATIS and TPMS products are designed to provide valuable data to our customers, and this integration makes that data even more accessible," said Lee Alexander, director of product management, innovative tire and mileage solutions (ITMS) for Stemco. "This data makes a significant difference for fleets in the way they manage and run their businesses."
