The new John Bean 12K 4-Post Alignment Lift System offers 12,000 pounds of heavy-duty lifting capacity in a compact package.

It is designed to accommodate a wide variety of vehicles, from compact cars to heavy-duty pickups, without taking up much space in the bay. The lift system's 20.5-inch-wide Pro-Style runways help save time when loading vehicles of various widths, and the 81.6-inch long-rear slip plates mean there is no need for repositioning of the front turn places to accommodate longer or shorter vehicles. In addition, the full-floating, flush-mounted, rear-slip plates use a Delrin ball-style bearing assembly to ensure ease of vehicle movement, durability, and reduced maintenance.

The lift system is designed for accuracy. A closed front design keeps the vehicle steady for precise measuring, and an ultra low-profile design with an easy-on approach angle for vehicles with low ride heights. Its precision formed columns and ridged design ensure alignment accuracy and the positive locking system on all columns ensures safety and reliability.
