Truck diagnostic software and hardware distributor Diesel Laptops has relocated its offices and production facility to Gilbert, S.C., the company announced.

The company made the move to a larger facility on April 23, 2018, and will host a grand opening for customers and vendor partners on August 1. The move was necessitated by the growth that the company has experienced in the past few years.

The company has invested more than 2 million in the new headquarters and company chief financial officer Steve Wegrzyn said that he expects to add two jobs every 10 days at the new facility, providing close to 100 new jobs for the surrounding community by the end of the year.

"As our products and solutions have become better known in the industry, demand has risen significantly and quickly," said Tyler Robertson, Diesel Laptops president. "Our new 21,000 square foot office and production space are 75% larger than our previous facility and offers a more efficient layout. It will support our continued growth and expansion, as well as provide a better work environment for current and future staff.”
