Raybestos offers truck and medium-duty disc brakes with sizes for Class 1-8 vehicles, designed for everyday heavy fleet use.
The line features comprehensive and late model coverage and is designed to conform to original equipment fit, form and function with low fade braking for better safety, according to the company. The brakes also create low dust under heavy-duty performance, maintain a quiet operation, and provide all-weather stopping performance under heavy loads.
For medium-duty and air disc applications, the Raybestos specialty brake pads are designed for better performance and stopping power under extreme load and temperature conditions. The brake pads are manufactured with semi-metallic friction materials that are mechanically attached to the backing plate. This process improves shear strength on large puck assemblies, reducing pad end lift and noise while increasing safety and pad life.
Brakes are available for Freightliner, Hino, International, Isuzu, Kenworth, Mack, Mercedes, Mitsubishi Fuso, Navistar, Peterbilt, Pierce, Sterling, Volvo and Workhorse vehicles.
