PulseTech's Battery Management Program (BMP) is a technological process using the company's various tools to test, recover, and maintain 12-volt batteries in fleet vehicles. The company says its program extends the lifecycle of batteries fivefold. When using the program, fleet managers employ a series of high-tech tools such as analytical testers, battery recovery chargers, battery stock maintainers, and permanent desulfators to keep batteries running at peak capacity. The BMP is a six-step process using PulseTech's 290PT battery analyzer, XCR 16-amp charger, PRO-12-RP for maintaining batteries, and PowerPulse or SolarPulse desulfator.
